Built to endure, the PA982 can handle data collection applications in almost any harsh environment, from extreme cold to severe heat, it won't let you down. The PA982 is ideal for food transportation, military shipyards, airports, harbors, or anywhere else warehousing or stock control is necessary. It's internal heating system and vacuum-sealed enclosure gives the operator comfort in knowing that no matter where they are the PA982 can handle anything that may come, even complete water immersion. The PA982 comes standard with a double-cell battery pack that will last up to 12 hours, and with only a 4 hour re-charge cycle scanning downtime is minimized. There is an optional gun grip version equipped with a second battery that can increase operating time up to 20 hours.
